Mammalian Production

SynCo offers world-class technologies and manufacturing services to the biopharmaceutical industry, incorporating mammalian cell lines as production platforms for recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies. Its mammalian GMP production facilities use disposable technology where possible, including Wave bioreactors, which enables easy scale-up and a short time to GMP production. 

SynCo was the first CMOs to adopt the disposable Wave bioreactor technology and using the Wave system, successfully completed the production of Phase I/II and III clinical material of a recombinant protein for which SynCo also developed the production process. Wave-bioreactors available at SynCo include multiple 1 L, 10 L and 100 L working volume systems.
