SynCo Bio Partners

SynCo Bio Partners B.V. is an independent Dutch GMP Contract Manufacturing Organisation with about 135 professional and enthusiastic employees. Globally seen SynCo is a unique player in the field of contract manufacturing. SynCo develops production processes and produces biopharmaceuticals through microbial fermentation and mammalian cell culture for both clinical and market supply. Furthermore, SynCo assists its customers in the aseptic filling and lyophilisation of their biopharmaceutical products.

In close collaboration with its clients SynCo is aiming for the efficient development and scale up of production processes, shortening the time-to-market and thereby increasing the return-on-investment. The knowledge of producing biopharmaceuticals at large scale is crucial for this.

Activities

SynCo is one of the few CMOs in the world with both clinical and commercial manufacturing experience.

SynCo’s activities include:

• Microbial fermentation and mammalian cell culture;
• Analytical and process development for new products;
• Supply of (pre-)clinical material for toxicology and phase I-III clinical studies;
• Production and lyophlisation of live microorganisms for clinical application;
• Market supply of biopharmaceutical products
• Aseptic filling and lyophilization for clinical studies and market supply
